Bridgwater & Taunton College and Strode College are proposing to merge, bringing together their combined strengths to form a new College Group.

The newly formed College Group will deliver an outstanding education and opportunities for all, benefitting the communities served.

Corporate Governance

Bridgwater & Taunton College Governors have a wide range of expertise and experience, and most have served for many years. They have accumulated a wealth of experience of the college’s operations and the local community, and each Governor serves on a sub-Committee to gain specific knowledge.

Governors’ responsibilities are set out in Article 3 of government which includes references to the academic, financial and staffing functions of the college.
