Over recent months, students who are studying Level 3 Public Services at Bridgwater College have been visiting Bristol Crown Court to observe numerous court hearings and meet His Honour Judge Horton.

Judge Horton spent more than an hour in his court room explaining to the group how the judicial system works as well as detailing the many different careers available within the Crown Court. The students were able to move around the court room and experienced first-hand what it felt like to be in the dock and witness box.
