Level 3 Professional Cookery

“The College has a really friendly atmosphere and I felt welcome right from the start. I completed two years at the College studying professional cookery before starting my Apprenticeship. I decided an Apprenticeship was right for me because I wanted to further enhance my skills with a Level 3 but also take a step towards the real world. It allowed me to enhance my supervisory skills, deepen my understanding of the industry and start a bakery business that has been very well received by customers.

I’m coming to the end of my studies and have secured a position at Coworth Park in Ascot, which is part of the Dorchester Collection. I wouldn’t have been eligible for this job without a Level 3 and I believe the Apprenticeship gave me an edge over the other candidates. I’m very excited and looking forward to starting my career. “
