Bridgwater & Taunton College’s TEAM BTC Men’s football side have won the Association of Colleges (AoC) Regional 7-a-side Championships at Plymouth Marjon University.

The tournament was blessed with glorious sunshine for the day, with Team BTC enjoying a good start with a 3 – 0 win against Yeovil College, setting them up for a great day. In a field with some high calibre opposition, Team BTC’s hard work and honesty balanced with their exciting playing style put them in a winning position. Their unbeaten run on the day was an extra reward for the group’s resilience and persistence.

The team will now go on to compete in the AoC National Finals in Nottingham in April.
