Over 820,000 people are currently employed within the UK Automotive industry, and with technological innovation at the forefront of the sector, 20.000 new jobs are forecast to be created by 2030. This rapidly expanding marketplace demands a multi-skilled workforce that is reactive to an ever-changing, prosperous future of the automotive world.
At BTC we believe, through providing high-quality, extensive on-the-job training through Automotive Apprenticeships, both employer and apprentice together will build the skills and knowledge needed to grow and contribute towards the economic success of the industry. How does an Apprenticeship Programme work?
How else can we help?
Although your business may belong primarily to the automotive industry, there may be other functions that are covered within the service. You may have an accounts department, a delivery function, general admin, customer service or managers looking to upskill – the list is endless.
Increasing the productivity and efficiency of any of these areas could have a really positive impact on profitability, and an Apprenticeship programme is a really cost-effective way of doing that.
We offer a variety of different training solutions and sports memberships to support you with your business and our team will tailor your training requirements to your business needs.
