Bridgwater & Taunton College (BTC) has been reaccredited with the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS) Dual Career accreditation. It was the first in the south west to gain the quality mark, and remains one of only a handful of South West colleges to receive it.
The TASS Dual Career Accreditation Scheme recognises BTC’s commitment to dual career support for talented athletes who are in full time education. Colleges with the mark provide an enhanced level of academic flexibility and understanding which enables talented athletes to balance their studies with a hectic sporting schedule. Achieving the Accreditation formally recognises the institution’s commitment to supporting gifted student-athletes and subsequently giving them the potential to attract future talent.
