Team BTC’s trampolining team were outstanding at the Southern Zonals Championships, securing four gold medals and qualifying to compete in the National Championships in the spring.
The team performed exceptionally well, highlights include, Jayme Love winning Gold in the Cat 2 Elite Disability, Gabrielle McIllvenna won Gold in the Cat 1 Novice Disability, Luke Jowett won Gold in the U19 boys Elite Category, and our female team won Gold in the U19 Girls Intermediate Category. A great achievement from all involved. In total, eight BTC students made it into the National Championships squad and will be competing on March 18 in Northampton.

What an amazing day winning four golds at the Southern Zonals Championship, such an incredible achievement. The team competed against talented trampolinists from across the region and to excel the way they did has filled me with pride. I am so proud of their achievements. For every student to qualify for the Nationals is fantastic. We will now be training hard for the next six weeks and hope to bring news of further success
