Course Overview

The Skills Bootcamp in Passport to Care is a 15 week programme designed to equip adult learners with essential industry skills based on employer demand. This programme includes a 3 week placement, providing hand on experience.

Upon completion and achievement of the Skills Bootcamp, learners will have several opportunities to advance their careers:

• Upskill in current role by enhancing exisiting skills and knowledge.
• Apply for relevant jobs with the comprehensive training received, you¬íll be well equipped to apply for a variety of roles within the health and social care sector.
• Progress to an accelerated apprenticeship by taking advantage of the opportunity to fast-track your career by enrolling in an accelerated apprenticeship.
