Our Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) provide tailored support for both cross-college and foundation learning students, ensuring that each learner receives the guidance they need to succeed.

Our LSAs work closely with students in both practical and theory lessons, using their expertise to know when to step in and offer support and when to hold back to encourage independence. Their primary focus is to help students progress in their learning, whether by providing in-class assistance, supporting with assignments, or accompanying students on work placements. LSAs are also on hand during exams to ensure students have everything they need to achieve their best.

Over the course of the year, LSAs build strong, positive relationships with students, creating a trusted space where learners feel comfortable seeking help when needed. Working in close collaboration with tutors from every department, LSAs play a crucial role in enhancing the college experience and supporting student success.
