The courses aim to upskill learners in their current job role, secure a job upon completion or progress to an accelerated apprenticeship. This course is designed for those wishing to develop their existing skills in business administration and customer service. The course will enhance your understanding of business principles on a holistic level and aims to broaden your skills in customer service management.

I decided to do Level 2 Business which I thoroughly enjoyed which made me chose to develop my understanding of Business and so then I went on to do Level 3 in Business. I have gained confidence, knowledge and multiple skills throughout the course and It has helped me to understand what I want to do in the future.
