Skills Bootcamps are flexible courses designed to equip adult learners with the relevant industry skills based on employer demand. The courses aim to upskill learners in their current job role, secure a job upon completion or progress to an accelerated apprenticeship. The Level 3 Skills Bootcamp in Leadership & Management is 12 weeks in duration.
