The aim of this qualification is designed for learners who want to improve their knowledge of the functions of housing associations and ways in which their tenants can be supported. It will support learners within the housing sector to develop their knowledge of how to better support tenants.

Understand reasons for problematic behaviour

Understand issues affecting isolated tenants
Section 1 Understand the issue of loneliness
Section 2 Understand the term ‘mate crime’

Assessments are due at the end of each unit. Your tutor will assess your work and build up your portfolio of evidence of learning. A certificate will be awarded on satisfactory submission of evidence of learning for the units studied.
