At BTC, our apprenticeship programmes are developed in collaboration with industry employers, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of the market. Benefiting from our established local networks and strong employer partnerships, we’ve identified and addressed skills training needs at local, regional, and national levels. This allows us to maintain a dynamic apprenticeship curriculum that serves the interests of both employers and apprentices effectively.
We offer over 20 courses specifically designed for councils and local authorities, with many featuring flexible start dates and varied delivery models.

Placements provide employers with additional support from a learner studying an industry relevant course. They will involve a 45-60 day placement in a relevant role with a host employer.
For the launch of the T Levels we are looking for dynamic and pioneering employers to partner with us for each of the courses we run, with the commitment predominately being based on your business offering Industry Placements for BTC students.
