BTC has long-standing relationships with elite clubs and organisations and were the first college to work in partnership with a national governing body for sport. In 2016, we won a national contract with British Gymnastics to deliver Apprenticeships that enable aspiring gymnasts, and those nearing the end of their career, to be redeployed as coaches and instructors in gymnastics clubs throughout the UK. Coming hot on the heels of success at the London Olympics in 2012, this programme is further raising the profile of gymnastics right across the country and creating increased opportunities for young people to participate in the sport.

At BTC we work collaboratively with our employers to mould on-the-job training and delivery in the direction that the company desires. Our Health & Fitness Apprenticeships vary between levels and we tailor these standards by identifying the gaps that suffice in your organisation, with solutions to recruitment and professional development.
