We are excited to announce our next Masterclass in the BTC Business Skills Masterclass series.
Following on from the success of our two most recent BTC Business Masterclasses, we will be running an additional Masterclass to coincide with National Apprenticeship Week 2021 (NAW).
This year National Apprenticeship Week celebrates those employers and apprentices who have adapted in such difficult times and in keeping with this theme our session will explore the importance of change management, how change management can support employee resilience and give employees the skills to confidently adapt to change and keep organisations strong.
The session will explore why change happens, the different approaches to change and how we can plan for change.
We will also hear from a number of industry experts, who will give insights into how their organisations have adapted, during an unprecedented year of change.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the BTC management provision and engage in discussion.
Our guest speakers will be Barry Hughes CGCI, CEng MIMechE and Matt Tudor BSc Director of Commercial Development, Strategy & Partnerships at Bridgwater & Taunton College (BTC).
Barry Hughes has worked as a Configuration and Change Manager for over 20 yrs and more recently on the HPC project.
Matt Tudor has been part of the senior management team at BTC since 2012. Matt has a strong background in public sector education and training and is a leader in change management within his own organisation. Matt will provide a brief synopsis of a year of change, highlighting the successes and lessons learnt.
