Our courses offer students a wide range of experiences to prepare them for the industry within the College’s newly refurbished £1million Quantock Restaurant. The new kitchen is resourced with the latest state-of-the-art equipment, and the dining area has a contemporary and spacious feel. Students gain experience and skills both in the kitchen and front-of-house, preparing them for any one of a huge number of careers in the industry. They have regular opportunities to work alongside renowned professional guest chefs, and to take up exciting work placements in the UK or abroad.
The success of our students speaks for itself, many have gone on to excel in roles with prestigious organisations such as The Fat Duck group and Michel Roux at Parliament Square.
