Our Hospitality & Catering courses offer you a wide range of experiences to prepare you for your chosen career.
You will study in the recently refurbished College’s Quantock Restaurant which is open to the public and where you will gain hands on experience. You will also have regular opportunities to work alongside renowned guest chefs, and to take up work placements within the UK and abroad.
The success of our students speaks for itself, many have gone on to work for prestigious organisations such as, The Fat Duck group and Michel Roux.

Catering and Hospitality Tasters
These run on Wednesday and Thursday evenings throughout the year and are a great way to understand whether this is the course for you.
