Bridgwater College has many courses starting in the New Year as part of its adult training and skills provision.

From January 2016, over 200 courses will begin, in subjects ranging from Horticulture, Hair and Beauty, Textiles and Electrical, with durations from one day to a number of weeks. These courses for adults are ideal to help people train for work, progress their career, gain a new qualification, or to learn new skills and hobbies.

Student Martyn Lacey studied Photography, which is one of the one-day courses due to start in the new year. He says,

“I embarked on this course in order to improve my photography and gain experience in the studio and darkroom. It did not take long to realise the enormous diversity the course had to offer. With excellent studio, darkroom and Mac computing, I gained knowledge of digital and film technique together with a broad range of alternative processes taught using hybrid technology.”

Bridgwater College has an Open Evening on Tuesday 12 January, 6.30pm to 8.30pm. If you would like more information about studying at Bridgwater College, please contact our Information and Guidance team on 01278 441234.
