BTC to host Food and Drink Skills Network online – Adapting to the demand | Bridgwater & Taunton College

BTC are hosting an online Food & Drink Skills Network on Tuesday 22 October at 10.30-12pm to discuss the challenges, experiences and of course, the successes of the industry during Covid-19. As a group we will endeavour to discuss best practice and work together to achieve and implement the desired outcomes.

2020 has seen UK Food & Drink Manufacturing businesses operating under the highest levels of pressure to perform. The resilience and adaptability of the industry to ensure our communities are kept safe throughout these uncertain times has been nothing but short of phenomenal and a testament to UK history.

BTC are committed to supporting the UK’s Food and Drink Industry and work with a large number of regional employers to train the next generation of professionals. Keeping up with the demand, successes and challenges along the way widens the need for skills and opens the industry up for new opportunities.
