Nigel Cox will be starting his popular series of online horticulture courses on Thursday nights from 30th September. Nigel is a natural communicator and an enthusiastic advocate for making changes within our gardens that will benefit us – making us happier and healthier, and the planet. With so much focus on the environment across the world the principles of organic growing and permaculture address many of the issues involved.

The first two courses running in the Autumn term are

Organic Gardening: Principles and Practices (online) This course is aimed at those keen to learn more about growing plants organically without the use of chemicals. It is a six-week course on Thursday nights from 6:15pm – 8:30pm from 30th September until 4th November and costs £105.

An Introduction to Permaculture I: Principles and Practice (online) In this course you will explore the ideas surrounding permaculture, the theories and principles on which permaculture is based and look at a range of practical applications to give a broad overview of what can be done and how. The course lasts six weeks on Thursday nights from 6:15pm – 8:30pm – cost £105
