Bridgwater College’s Creative Arts department celebrate their student’s highly successful achievements in a vibrant exhibition that illustrates a wide range of artistic excellence in fine art, photography, digital media, textiles/fashion and graphic design.

The exhibition is the culmination of 2 – 3 years’ work in a range of art specialisms and a stepping-stone to a career in the arts or further study in higher education. Elena Huntley, an A Level Photography and Foundation Art and Design student said,

“The range of skills I have learned during my time at Bridgwater have allowed me to evolve and translate my ideas into meaningful artwork. My tutors have nurtured my talent and broadened my horizons to make me aware of my potential. This has made me think for myself and analyse the reasons I work the way I do.”

Elena has generated a portfolio of work that has successfully gained her places at all of her university interviews and she has had the luxury of choosing the most suitable course for her talents.

The exhibition is open to the public at the times below in the Clare Bowen Hall at Bridgwater College, in the main college building as well as the Arts and Media Gallery.
