Team BTC netball took on Petroc college and were determined to stay undefeated following their recent success.We started the match strong by reading Petroc’s play well, resulting in many interceptions across the court. This then lead to relentless goal scoring, with Team BTC leading at the end of the first quarter.

During the second quarter we made some more great interceptions, again taking them to goal. Petrocs defence applied pressure to the team leading to some silly mistakes, but BTC persisted and with good triangles around the ‘D’, and using the reset option we were still able to get the ball to goal.

In the third quarter the goal scoring kept up, as players kept working hard while striving for the ball. Furthermore, our full court defence was strong and our players were able to read the play which meant even further interceptions from both defence and centre court.

In the last quarter, the whole team put on a lot of pressure which caused Petroc to make some mistakes. Our quick transitions enabled us to take the ball down to goal. Our efforts throughout the game payed off, ending the match with a score of 60-33 to team BTC.
