Victoria enrolled on the Project Management Apprenticeship when she became Projects Portfolio Manager at Bridgwater & Taunton College. After deciding very early on that she didn’t want to attend a full-time study programme at university, Victoria looked to enrolling on an Apprenticeship as an alternative route for industry progression.
After successfully completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, she wanted to build upon the knowledge foundations required of her in her new job role. Taking advantage of all possible opportunities, Victoria decided that the Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship would give her the best opportunity to gain a higher-level qualification whilst working and is thoroughly enjoying her time on the programme.
My favourite aspect about the course is being able to learn remotely. I can regularly contact my tutor on Microsoft Teams and reflect on my learning and progression with my line-manager. The e-learning course to coincide the Apprenticeship means I can continuously update and refresh my knowledge base through revision and the support I receive helps me achieve the goals set out at each review. I would highly recommend this Apprenticeship to anybody who’s working on projects and it’s great to have this opportunity in my local area.VictoriaProject Management Apprentice
