Most online resources will require authentication with your UCS College Group IT account. If you have any problems accessing these resources contact the IT Helpdesk.

The College SharePoint system can be accessed with a valid staff or student login using your UCS College Group Microsoft account. SharePoint hosts the Student Hub, which is full of useful information and resources for students, including our policies, guidance, and ways to sign up to all of the amazing enrichment programmes. IT account information and the UCS College Group Backpack can be found on the Student Digital Hub. The Backpack, is a collection of modules filled with quick trainings on how to best use the core apps we provide you, as well as knowledge checks to build your confidence and understanding – learn to use M365, student apps and boost your AI literacy with these resources.
Staff and students are able to make online payments in order to pay for course related items like educational trips at the online store. To access this service, click here.
One of the methods staff and students communicate via is Microsoft Teams. You can find information about engaging with Teams for your course here. There’s also a Student help centre available here. Sometimes the college will run Live Events and webinars, please click here to discover how to join, watch or participate in a Live Event.
